Complaints
All complaints must be referred to your club directly who will then forward to the RNA if required.
See the RNA Complaints Handling Policy for processes after you have contacted your club.
Redlands Netball Association will deal with all complaints in a fair, timely and transparent manner.
All complaints will be treated seriously. Redlands Netball Association will provide individuals with an informal and formal process to resolve the matter, along with access to an external complaint handling body, based on their preferences and the nature of the complaint

Association Fundraising Events
Redlands Netball Association realises the vital work that is conducted in the community by many charity and support groups. In 2026 RNA havce supported Dolly Day and Beyond Blue. Members can directly donate using the links or on the designated round they can wear a touch of BLUE and give a cold coin donation.
The dates for these events have been carefully chosen so as not to interfere with clubs fundraising events. The fundraising pages are open now.

Our organisation and clubs have a duty of care to provide a safe environment for everyone involved in our activities. Providing a safe environment includes protecting people from the harmful effects of UV radiation.
